State Representation TeamsTo further ensure that the community remains at the heart of Vstraya, each state and territory (including New Zealand) will have a dedicated Representation Team chosen from within the community. These teams will serve as the face of Vstraya at the local level, acting as leaders and organizers to foster connections and coordinate events in their respective regions.The State Representation Teams will:- Act as Local Ambassadors: Represent Vstraya’s values and vision within their communities, fostering a sense of belonging.- Organize and Coordinate Events: Plan and manage local meet-ups, conventions, and community gatherings to bring Vstraya members together.- Facilitate Communication: Act as liaisons between the local community and Vstraya’s founders, ensuring the group’s activities align with the needs of its members.- Promote Inclusivity: Ensure all members in their region feel welcomed, supported, and encouraged to participate in events and initiatives.- Support Local Talent: Highlight creators, artists, and businesses within their state/territory to help them gain visibility and connect with others.Selection ProcessState Representation Teams will be formed by selecting enthusiastic and community-oriented individuals from the Vstraya membership.
